The Claiborne Parish Police Jury Meetings are held on the first Wednesday after the first Sunday each month beginning at 9 AM. Agendas are presented the day before the Wednesday meeting. Meeting Minutes require approval by Jury members prior to presentation and will be available thereafter.

A meeting of the Buildings & Grounds Committee has been called for the afternoon of Monday, January 30, 2012, at 2:30 p.m. in the Conference Room at the Police Jury Complex located at 507 West Main Street in Homer, LA.
The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the following issues with certain Parish owned properties –
Update on the construction and remodeling of the Claiborne Drug Building for use by the D.A.
Update on the repairs at the CID Building under the LGAP grant
Discussion of shelter for equipment storage at the Hwy Barn
Awnings for the back of the CPPJ Complex
Any other Buildings and Grounds issues
